Questionaire for history of saltaire

to make a final decision on what we are doing on our final project for the trailer/ game walk-through we have made a questionnaire with quantitative and qualitative questions so we get the right amount of information, each member of our group made their own versions of the questionnaire and we decided to go with mine and ivo's simple to understand questions and rob briggs's layout because it looks more professional.

We are going to print out 30 copies of the questionnaire and go out and ask the public the questions to see what their thoughts on the project are and if they would watch it or not, we are going to ask teachers students and people in the street.
